01 Why does a website need ongoing maintenance?
Because the web doesn't stand still. Browsers and devices change, software needs security patches, and content goes out of date. A site left untouched gets slower, less secure and less effective over time. Maintenance keeps it fast, safe and current.
02 What does your maintenance include?
Security and software patching, backups, keeping your SSL valid, and keeping the site healthy and fast on our hosting — all included free for as long as you're on a plan. On top of that, every plan includes monthly hours for actual content and design changes you ask for.
03 Do I have to update the site myself?
No — that's the point. You don't wrestle a dashboard. You send us the change, we make it. Routine updates come out of your plan's included monthly hours.
04 What happens if I don't maintain my site?
Usually nothing dramatic at first — then gradually it slows down, breaks on a new phone, drops in search, or gets compromised because something wasn't patched. Maintenance is cheap insurance against an expensive rebuild or a hacked site.
