01 How do I request a change to my website?
Open a ticket from your client portal with the changes you want, and attach any new text or images. Batching a few changes into one request is the most efficient use of your plan's monthly update hours.
02 What do my monthly update hours cover?
Pretty much any change to your live site — text and image edits, new pages or posts, layout tweaks, a new product. Hosting, maintenance and security patching are included on top and don't use your hours. See how your monthly update hours work.
03 How long until my new site is live?
A simple Starter site can be live in a couple of weeks; Standard and eCommerce sites take longer. The biggest factor is how quickly content and feedback come back to us. We design the key pages first so you see real progress early.
04 Do I own my website?
Yes. Your site is custom-built for you and the files are yours — nothing is locked in a closed platform. Ask any time and we'll hand the whole site over. More in do I own my website?.
05 How do I connect my domain?
We handle the technical side at launch — pointing your domain at the new site and installing the free SSL certificate. If your domain is elsewhere we'll give you the exact records to change, or do it for you. See connecting your domain and going live.
06 Where do I log in or pay invoices?
Your client portal is where you view services, pay invoices and open tickets. If you have hosting access, the hosting panel is separate.
07 Can I cancel? What happens to my site?
Plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime. The free hosting and maintenance are tied to an active plan, so they end on cancellation — but you still own your website and we can hand over the files. See our terms.
